1. Information We Collect

Contact Form Submissions

When you fill out a contact or inquiry form on our site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the message you send. This information is stored in our database (Supabase, hosted in the U.S.) and used solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.

Website Analytics

We collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site — pages visited, general geographic region, browser type, and referral source. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Information You Do Not Provide

We do not purchase data about you from third-party data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles. The only personal information we hold about you is what you've directly given us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry or service request
• Send you a confirmation that we received your message (via transactional email)
• Follow up with you about a project proposal or engagement
• Communicate about ongoing work if you become a client

We do not add you to a marketing email list without your explicit consent. We do not use your information for automated profiling or decision-making.

3. How We Store Your Data

Our website and backend infrastructure run on:

• Coolify (self-hosted VPS) — our marketing site is served from a private virtual server we control.
• Supabase — form submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States (East US region). Supabase provides row-level security and encrypted connections.
• Resend — we use Resend to deliver transactional emails (form confirmations, internal notifications). Resend processes your email address to send these messages and retains delivery logs per their own privacy policy.

We retain form submission data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for (typically, to conduct and conclude a business conversation with you). You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only third-party services that may process your data are infrastructure providers directly necessary to operate our site:

• Supabase — database hosting (supabase.com)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com)

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We have reviewed their practices and chosen providers with strong data privacy standards.

5. Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use essential session-level storage for site functionality (such as remembering form state during a single visit), but we do not set persistent tracking cookies or share cookie data with ad networks.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of any email communications from us
